As required by WV Code 18-5-1c and WVBE Policy 2322, the Roane County Board of Education recently completed its self-appraisal for 2021-22. Using a format developed by the West Virginia School Boards Association and the West Virginia Department of Education, each Board member indicated their appraisal of the Roane County Board's effectiveness through 29 questions spanning student achievement, Board operations, community relations, and governance.
