Below are resources related to the efforts by the Roane County Board of Education to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
Policy
The Board has adopted Policy 226.1 - Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy to delineate the processes for handling any and all complaints which may fall under the rules and regulations pursuant to Title IX.
Training
The following materials were used in the training of Roane County Board of Education staff in the policies, processes, and procedures related to Title IX.
