As always, 7th graders are required to have the scheduled immunizations for Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis) and MCV4 (meningococcal / meningitis) .  This year is different!  Students will NOT be permitted to come to school until Nurse Dawn has proof of immunizations.  We will not have the usual "grace period" where we give students a few weeks and several reminders to get their immunizations.  Students will be sent home on the first day if we don't have proof of immunization!  Students can get their immunizations from their family doctor or at the Mid-Ohio Valley health department (304) 927-1480.    Also, this would be a good time to get your student the vaccination for the Covid-19 virus if they haven't already done so!  Again, all 7th grade students will have to have proof of immunization BEFORE they are permitted to come to school.  The first day for students is August 18th!
