Another school calendar reminder -- Kindergarten students will NOT attend school in-person tomorrow (Friday 4/15) so that our K teams can welcome next year's Kindergarteners for registration.
All other students will be released two hours early for Faculty Senate.
A reminder to all parents, guardians and students: Juniors will take the SAT while Sophomores take the PSAT on Wednesday, April 13. Attendance is very important to ensure all students take the state-wide assessments.

Math Tutoring

Credit Recovery
Credit Recovery offerings will begin on Wednesday, 2/23 and will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays thereafter. Sessions will be after school from 3:30 – 6:30. The Activity Bus will run and drop students off in Gandeeville, Walton, the Amma area and Geary Elementary Middle School. Students do not have to stay for the full 3-hour session—sign out sheets will be provided.
If there are any questions regarding credits, please contact RCHS. Students may stop by and see Mrs. Lockhart in Room 5.

Raider Family Night: RCHS is host a Family Engagement in conjunction with the Parent/Teacher Conference on Tuesday, October 5 from 4:00-6:00. A volleyball game is scheduled, food will be provided and there will be presentations from local Healthcare facilities.

Parent/Teacher Conference: RCHS is hosting a Parent/Teacher Conference on Tuesday, October 5th from 4:00-6:00. Presentations from Family Healthcare and Westbrook will also be conducted.

Balfour will be at RCHS on Thursday, 9/30 during both lunches (from 11:00-12:30) and after school from 3:30-6:00. Ring packets will be given to all Sophomores during Base Time; there will also be packets available for Seniors and Juniors who are interested. Parents are welcome to attend either session.

The FCC announced late last week that any household with a student that receiveds free breakfast and lunch programs under Community Eligibility - i.e., all Roane County Schools families - are eligible to apply for assistance under the Emergency Broadband Benefit program. EBB can provide up to $50 per month for home Internet service.
